Bindi Nair is heading Operations, Human Resources and Administration for ii2. She is responsible for all aspects of HR & Admin including manpower planning and restructuring, performance management, compensations and benefits, employee development & relations, retention, rewards, training, development, management of infrastructure and maintaining public relations.
Her all round expertise includes various areas of client servicing and supporting business operations with companies like LG, Airtel, Teamlease, Gold Souk and Olive.
Bindi is a commerce graduate and holds a PG in HR from Symbiosis Pune.
